Hey there! It's finally great to be writing to you again. I've had the time of my life these past few days and I haven't had much time to surf the net and blog. It's certainly hard balancing the intricacies of life, but I have to keep trying, right? Anyway, here is part one of my Malaysia Diaries. Hope you enjoy it, because I really did.
I traveled with my three closest friends from work, and unlike the other trips I've had, we did not have any scheduled tours at all. It's anything and anywhere goes. Sometimes, there were moments where we basically did not have any idea what to do with our time, so the frustration was there. But if you ask me, those idle moments were the most memorable ones because it was there when I felt more connected to the place. I felt like I lived there. I felt that I was a local rather than an ordinary tourist. And I loved it.
